The firm was listed in Metropolitan Tier 1 Minneapolis for Product Liability Litigation – Defendants. Justice Anderson is keynote speaker at Minnesota Lawyer annual luncheon

September 10, 2015. Retired Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Paul Anderson spoke on the importance of showing up and doing a good job in his key note speech at Minnesota Lawyer’s annual luncheon honoring Up & Coming Attorneys and Unsung Legal Heroes. Judge Natalie Hudson appointed to Minnesota Supreme Court

August 18, 2015. Governor Mark Dayton today announced his appointment of Judge Natalie Hudson to the Minnesota Supreme Court. Judge Hudson has served on the Minnesota Court of Appeals since 2002. She succeeds Justice Alan Page, who was first elected to the Supreme Court in 1992. Governor Jesse Ventura appointed Judge Hudson to the Court of Appeals in 2002. Kevin Curry named to Court Rules & Administration Committee

July 30, 2015. Minnesota State Bar Association President Mike Unger recently appointed Kevin Curry to the MSBA’s newly formed Court Rules & Administration Committee. The committee tracks and reviews proposed court rules changes so the MSBA can provide comments to the Minnesota Supreme Court. Kevin has served on the Minnesota Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the General Rules of Practice since 2014.
