Bethany Anderson Named 2025 Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer

August 12, 2025. Soule & Stull is proud to announce that Minnesota Lawyer has named Bethany Anderson a 2025 Up & Coming Attorney. Bethany is an outstanding Associate Attorney at Soule & Stull. Before joining the firm, she clerked for two years at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, working for four judges.

A brilliant and thoughtful legal analyst and writer, Bethany is lead author for some of the firm’s most important legal submissions. From her experience at the Court of Appeals, she understands what judges want to know and how to effectively communicate strong legal arguments.

Bethany played a pivotal role in a case the firm tried in federal court in 2023. She is a primary contact for several of the firm’s clients. Bethany understands the organization, business, and products of our clients, and they trust her to gather information and manage discovery. She consistently deals with our clients with professionalism and integrity.
