Appeals
Retired Justice Paul Anderson served on the Minnesota Supreme Court from 1994 to 2013, and on the Minnesota Court of Appeals from 1992 to 1994. He has a wealth of experience on appellate issues, petitions for review, briefs and oral arguments. Soule & Stull lawyers have significant experience in the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Minnesota Supreme Court.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Retired Judge John McShane, Hennepin County District Court, is available to conduct mediations and to preside at arbitrations and as a special master. Retired Justice Paul Anderson, Minnesota Supreme Court, is also available to conduct arbitrations and mediations. George Soule is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. He serves as a mediator and arbitrator in a variety of civil cases. Kevin Curry is also a qualified neutral under Rule 114, with a focus on mediating product liability and personal injury cases.
Indian Law
George has represented tribes and other clients in tribal courts. He is past President of the Minnesota American Indian Bar Association. He now serves as a Judge on the White Earth Nation Court of Appeals.
