Anna Veit-Carter focuses her practice on product liability defense and commercial and employment litigation. Anna has extensive litigation experience, including depositions, preparing and arguing motions in state and federal court, representing clients in mediation and arbitration, and negotiating settlement agreements.
Anna graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, magna cum laude, in 2011. After graduation, she served as a law clerk to Judge Lloyd Zimmerman in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District and then to Judge Margaret Chutich at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Before joining Soule & Stull, Anna focused her practice on employment litigation, representing both individual employees and closely held corporations in employment and contract disputes.
Anna attended Grinnell College in Iowa, where she majored in math and was a captain of the Women’s Basketball Team. After graduating from Grinnell, Anna taught middle school math and science in Newark, New Jersey, and worked in the healthcare software industry before attending law school.
Anna lives with her husband and their two children in South Minneapolis. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing basketball, and competing in triathlons.
