Melissa Stull spoke at MSBA Seminar “Fit to Practice: What to do when your client is sued”

Discussion topics included the use of checklists in managing the initial phase of litigation and how to address conflicts and obtain waivers, analyze venue and jurisdiction, develop a case strategy and plan that is consistent with your client’s objectives, investigate key facts, and determine whether a litigation hold is needed. The seminar was sponsored by the Civil Litigation and New Lawyers Sections of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Melissa is a member of the Governing Council of the MSBA Civil Litigation Section. George, Melissa and Kelly and family, clients and friends attended the event, which featured Minneapolis jazz vocalist Connie Evingson with Patty & the Buttons. Angel Flight Central is a nonprofit organization serving people in need by arranging charitable flights to access critical healthcare needs. The organization has provided free air transportation for families in the Midwest for over 15 years.
