May 12, 2017. George Soule addressed 800 new graduates at the Minnesota State University Moorhead commencement today. George greeted the graduates, family and friends on behalf of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board and Chancellor. George serves on the Minnesota State Board of Trustees. George encouraged the graduates to “do great things, make a mark, create a legacy.”
